October 30, 2002 - Lebanon OH - Amzi! adds a .NET Logic Server class to make it easy to deploy logical rules and non-procedural knowledge from .NET applications. The .NET Logic Server extends the existing family of Logic Server interfaces and classes that have a ten year track record providing an affordable alternative for creating intelligent components for tools such as Web servers, Java, C++, Delphi and VB.
All Logic Server interfaces and classes allow the calling application to query non-procedural knowledge and logical rules much as an application queries a database. Unlike databases, logicbases can also call back to VB, C#, Java, C++ and Delphi code. This allows logicbases to reason over external data. It also provides optimal performance and flexibility for high-end, server-based applications.
The
latest release includes examples for VB.NET, C#.NET and ASP.NET demonstrating
a wide range of intelligent application possibilities. Amzi! users have implemented
