Cogent Prolog has a New Name, Amzi! Prolog
and a New Look, Version 3.3

July 15, 1995 - Stow, MA--Amzi! inc. is pleased to announce that it's flagship product, Cogent Prolog, is now called "Amzi! Prolog". The API for connecting Prolog to C/C++, Visual Basic, Delphi, et.al. is now called the "Amzi! Logic Server". The name was changed both to prevent customer confusion with Cogent Data Technology's products, and to tie the product name to the company name. Version 3.3 of Amzi! Prolog is now available. It includes a number of enhancements including a Logic Server logging facility and ease-of-use enhancements to the Windows IDE (Interactive Developer's Environment).

Version 3.3 is packaged in four editions. - The Professional Edition is for developers embedding Prolog modules in C, C++, Delphi, Visual Basic, PowerBuilder and other langugages. It includes all the Amzi! Prolog tools plus Logic Server static and dynamic libraries for Windows 3.x, 95, WFW, Win32s, NT, DOS and Extended-DOS. It provides an unlimited, royalty-free license to distribute the Amzi! runtime. $598
