Introduction to Prolog Course Presentation

The full notes and samples for an introductory course on Prolog are available on the downloads page of the AI Newsletter at http://www.ainewsletter.com/downloads/index.htm. The course uses an airline flight application for teaching the basics of logic base; has numerous abstract exercises with nested structures to strengthen understanding of the interplay of unification, recursion and backtracking for logic programming; and finishes with exercises for building a powerful frame-based tool kit that can be used for pattern-matching applications such as matching buyers with appropriate goods and services, complex pricing, work flow and more.

Licensing is on the first page. If you would like to use these materials in other ways, please contact us.
